I'm so sorry. But, I'm just learning of Mr Strothers death. He was my 4th grade Teacher at City View Heights elementary school. He was a very caring and encouraging teacher. He introduced us to Theater and Plays making sure that we had Field trips to UNI in Cedar Falls, Ia for plays and at Christmas time. We had pets in the classroom for Science to monitor how they grow. He made Learning so fun He and his Wife would have us over at their home for grilled hotdogs and games/ tutorials. I'm so glad that I was able to get back in touch with him approximately 10 years ago and kept in touch. To Thank him and let him know that I appreciated all he did for students.
