Kenyatta D. Hoskins' Obituary
Kenyatta Deann Hoskins, 38, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away October 15, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kenyatta, affectionately known as KK, was born October 23rd, 1986 in Milwaukee to Roberta Hoskins and Calvin Young Jr. She grew up with two siblings, Quavadis (Quinette) Hoskins and Calvin Young lll. She also has two additional siblings, Wesley Jones and Keisha Johnson. After graduating from High School in Atlanta, she took courses and achieved her CNA License. Thereafter she worked a short period of time as a Sous Chef in an Upscale Downtown Atlanta Restaurant.
Kenyatta has two children who were the light of her world, Kyarra Yakeema Hoskins and Najeh Yaking Jackson, and one grandchild, Ni'Yanni Jackson. Kenyatta later married Timsonte Stuckey of Atlanta. Kenyatta was a talented woman, she was a hair stylist, an avid chef, and great at tailoring clothes. She enjoyed spending time with her children, traveling, music, watching movies and discovering new cuisines.
Kenyatta is survived by her Mother, Roberta Hoskins of Waterloo, Iowa; her Father, Calvin Young Jr. of Milwaukee; her Stepfather, Dennis Hutt of Waterloo; her Grandmother, Alberta Hoskins-Davis of Waterloo; her children, Kyarra Hoskins and Najeh Jackson of Waterloo; her siblings, Quavadis Hoskins (Joseph) of Dallas, Texas, Calvin Young lll of Waterloo, and Wesley Jones and Keisha Johnson of Milwaukee; her grandchild, Ni'Yanni Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her Grandmother, Clairetta Young, and her Grandfathers, Clarence Simpson (Simp) and Calvin Young Sr.
