Willie Earl Washington's Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Willie Earl Washington, affectionately known as “Punkin,” who left us on December 15, 2024, at the age of 42. Willie was born on September 2, 1982, in Jackson, Mississippi, and lived his life as a dedicated father, brother, and comedian.
Willie was known for his captivating storytelling, his content creation, and his remarkable ability to make others laugh. His passion for bringing joy to others was evident in everything he did. He held a special love for his brother, Main; his partner, Lonnisha; and his six children. Through his social media presence and infectious humor, Willie touched the hearts of many and left a lasting impact on those around him.
He is survived by his brother, Main Washington; his sisters, Sherri Levi and Delores Thomas; his children: Jakya Washington, Orrinngton Gardner (Javonda Balkmon), Genesis Washington (Renae Speller), Jaxon Marquis Washington (Paris Williams), Jariah Nhy’shay Washington, Jabria Marie Washington, and JaKoir Ny’rell Washington (Lonnisha Dixon); his aunts, Sharon Levi (Earnest Howard), Curtistene Levi, and Deborah Levi; his Hilltop and Waterloo community; and a host of family and friends.
He was predeceased by his mother, Beverly Ann Washington; his father, Willie Earl Thompson; and his grandmother, Delores Johnson.
Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the love, laughter, and light Willie, also known as “Big Punkin,” brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
