Delorce was quite the formidable woman. In my experience, she was quite insightful with a quick wit. She was my best Beautician as I would drive 2 1/2 hrs to get my “Curl & Cut”. Thank you Delorce for all your years of service and friendship 😌. (Diana Allen)
Her smile and her laughter. Especially when somebody made her mad.

Deloyce was my former student at East High School. She was always upbeat & a joy to work with her talents. She was always very aware that education was an essential component of her high school career—Aaron I would tease her “who is that guy you hang w that wears a suit?” She responded “Mrs Cook that is my brother”!! We always had a good laugh! She will truly be missed by her family & the Waterloo Community.
