Condolences to his wife & family. Cousin Billy was one of my favorite cousins. I remember as a young kid, when he moved to Waterloo with other family from Mississippi. He was a wonderful Man, full of life & laughter. Rest Well Cousin, no more pain or suffering over there. ❤️
